By accessing or using the ADSTRONAUT website, Chrome extension, APIs, or any related services (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ADSTRONAUT provides automated monitoring of publicly available information in the Meta (Facebook) Ad Library. The Service scans competitor Facebook Pages, captures screenshots of public advertisements, and delivers notifications to users.

The Service is provided 'as-is.' We do not guarantee that the Facebook Ad Library will remain publicly accessible, that our scans will capture every ad, or that the data will be error-free.

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Notify us immediately at team@adstronaut.app if you become aware of unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect login credentials.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not: (a) monitor pages you have no legitimate business reason to track; (b) reverse-engineer the Service; (c) use automated tools other than our Chrome Extension to exceed reasonable request volumes; (d) resell or redistribute Service data without written consent; (e) violate Meta's terms of service or any applicable law; (f) upload malicious code.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are in US dollars and non-refundable except as required by law.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from account settings. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may terminate your account anytime by contacting team@adstronaut.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms, fraud, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Account data is deleted within 30 days of termination unless retention is required by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADSTRONAUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to ADSTRONAUT in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
